Reservation Policy

  • 19% tax and 10% service charge is extra.
  • A deposit is required to hold your reservation & your credit card will be processed within 7 days from your booking date.
  • Credit cards (Visa or MasterCard) MUST belong to the person for whom the reservation is made.  No exceptions without a credit card authorization from the hotel's Reservation Office.
  • All reservations made 15 or fewer days prior to arrival will be processed within 24 hours from booking date.
  • If you live in the United States, payment by check is acceptable if booking outside of 15 days prior to arrival. HOWEVER...you must contact the US office for details.
  • Reservation automatically cancels if payment by check not received w/in 7 days from booking.
  • Once your payment has been processed, your confirmation will be emailed to you.
  • Cancel policy: Two nights charged for cancellations made 15 or fewer days prior to arrival and 30 days prior to arrival for holidays (Christmas, New Year’s, Easter).
  • Visa or MasterCard, cash or traveler's checks accepted at the hotel.
  • No refunds for "no shows".
  • Discounts available for groups of 16 or more guests travelling at the same time.
  • 3 night minimum stay for Easter week, Christmas/New Year's Holiday and special events.  
  • 15% discount given for stays of one month or longer, 20% discount for 2 months or longer.
  • Children 8 yrs and under are free when sharing a room with their parents.
  • Children under age 18 MUST share room with a parent.
  • Contact the US/Int'l Reservations Office directly for groups or long term reservations or special requests.
  • A 'hard copy' of your confirmation (not email on your phone or pad or computer) required at check-in. Please print out your confirmation to take with you for check-in.
  • All of our rooms are non-smoking.  Guests must smoke outside of their rooms. Thank you.
  • CHECK-IN 3:00 PM. CHECK-OUT 12:00 NOON - Front desk is open 24/7 for late check-ins.  Please notify before 9pm on the day of your arrival, or sooner if possible, if you will be a 'late check-in'.  
  • NO PETS
